You retain full ownership of all documents, information, and content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will never sell or share it without your explicit authorization.
The Trusted Access feature allows you to grant other individuals access to specific portions of your Life Binder. You are solely responsible for managing these permissions. We recommend reviewing your Trusted Access settings regularly and revoking access when appropriate.
Certain features of the Service are available through a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided in accordance with our Refund Policy, available on our website.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to maintain the highest standards of security and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will be error-free. Life Now & Beyond does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice. Always consult qualified professionals for such matters.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Life Now & Beyond shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
